District Judge Margaret R. Guzman: ELECTRONIC ORDER entered denying [23] Motion to Dismiss for Failure to State a Claim. Defendants Jushi Holdings, Inc., Jushi Inc., Jushi MA, Inc. and Nature’s Remedy of Massachusetts, Inc. (collectively, “Jushi”) have moved to dismiss the Complaint [DKT 1]. Upon consideration of the parties’ briefing and oral argument, the Court hereby DENIES Jushi’s motion to dismiss in its entirety. An opinion explaining the reasoning for this decision will follow in short order. The parties are instructed to file a Proposed Scheduling Order in light of this Order for the Court’s consideration.
